Wanted to be sure you saw this especially after the E. I. balcony tragedy. We had a lot of family, including precious little ones on our deck July 4th.
So thankful for the sharp eye of ZLNconstruct.com
Upon working on our 2nd floor porch, Zack discovered that the end column supporting our 3rd floor porch was very rotten. His astute observation saved that end post from collapsing, possibly causing serious injury to people walking below, and also causing much damage to The Old Brick Store. He immediately securely put temporary supports in place.
Within a week, he bought a post and shaped it to exactly match the other 3. It was raised 17 ft., put in place with much effort and expertise.
Today, it and railing are in place, painted, and ready for July 4th!🇺🇸
He even hung our banners!
